It goes without saying that we manufacture these products according to traditional Thuringian recipes and to the highest standard of quality. This approach is endorsed by certification in accordance with International Featured Standard Food (IFS Food).

Our company’s sales and marketing strategy is aimed at positioning HAINICH as a supraregional brand. Our focus here is on the food retail market.
We supply our customers not only in Germany, but worldwide. Current export markets for HAINICH products include the USA, Brazil, Mongolia, Tenerife, Spain and South Africa. Our foreign customer base is continually expanding as a result of our regular appearances at international trade fairs, such as ANUGA.

As a medium-sized enterprise, our aim for the coming months and years is to offer our customers a continually growing range of products and services at excellent value for money. We are also keen to expand our range with new products, while continually developing our existing products as well.

An ecological approach is also integral to our corporate philosophy. Based in one of Germany’s most beautiful national parks, protecting the environment is a cause close to our heart which we pursue with rigour in all areas of production.
