Over 70% of our raw ingredients originate from our own controlled and integrated farming and ripen in the Thuringian sun.
We cultivate fruit and vegetables according to tried and tested Thuringian traditions in an imposing natural setting at the foot of the Hainich ridge. We also cooperate with carefully selected fruit and vegetable producers who equally adhere strictly to the guidelines of integrated and controlled farming.
